Does Syr Konrad trigger death?

Syr does indeed see all creatures that die at the same time he does, and he triggers. This is explicitly mentioned on his Gatherer page: If one or more creatures die at the same time as Syr Konrad, its first ability triggers for each of those creatures.

How does Syr Konrad the grim work?

Syr Konrad, the Grim (Zendikar Rising Commander) – Gatherer – Magic: The Gathering. Card Text: Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Does exiling count as leaving graveyard?

If the creature goes to the graveyard and then moves to exile, then it counts as dying. However, if it goes to exile instead of the graveyard, then it does not count as dying. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

Does Syr Konrad trigger twice?

What is the difference between damage and Commander damage?

Commander damage is the exact same as normal damage, but if you take 21 combat damage from a single general, you lose the game. This is in addition to all other things that would normally cause you to lose the game, such as having 0 (or less than 0) life.
