English singer-songwriter and dancer best known as the lead singer of the pop group Steps. She has also pursued a solo career and appeared regularly as a commentator on the show Loose Women in 2014. Her musical fame has led her to amass more than 200,000 followers on her clairerichardsofficial Instagram page.

She worked as a temporary receptionist before becoming a member of Steps.
